After school went for some yam cha with my uncles n grandma :D

After that went grandma house and bathed n fell asleep then around 5+ went to the hospital to jaga my grandma :/

Gosh, she's getting weaker by the day. Don't know how long she'd last... D:

I don't know why, but my feelings today is soooo DIFFERENT. :(

Felt abit of pain, felt like crying at the same time.
